2. Our Services

Black Barn Saunas designs, builds, and installs high-end sauna units. All products are made to order and may include optional upgrades or bespoke features.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is payable upon completion, prior to or on installation.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing where bespoke requirements or site conditions differ from initial discussions.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once a deposit has been paid, your order is confirmed and production will begin.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any costs incurred up to that point may be deducted.

5. Installation

We will agree an installation date with you in advance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access, ground conditions, and any required permissions are in place prior to installation.

Delays caused by site conditions, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances may affect installation timelines.

6. Warranty & Liability

We take pride in the quality of our work and materials. Warranty details will be provided upon completion of your sauna.

Black Barn Saunas is not liable for:

Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
Changes to the structure made by third parties
External factors outside of our control
